Successful applicants will receive a range of benefits and the opportunity for permanent employment

Applications are now open for the 2026 Internship Program at TCP, the company that manages the Paranaguá Container Terminal. College students can apply through July 7 via the IEL website by clicking here.

In total, there are 9 openings in the areas of sales, legal, operations planning and control, comptrollership, regulatory agencies, and logistics. Those accepted into the Program receive benefits such as a stipend of R$ 1,800.00, health insurance, food vouchers or meals worth R$ 800.00, dental insurance, transportation assistance, as well as access to internal professional development courses through the corporate university, UniTCP.

“The Internship Program has a clear objective of attracting new talent and developing their technical and management skills. Many of the professionals who make up the Terminal’s staff, including leaders, have gone through the Program, which has shown a high conversion rate in recent years, keeping pace with the company’s growth,” explains Felipe de França, Human Resources Manager at TCP.

The internship at TCP involves a 30-hour workweek. For residents of Curitiba, the Terminal provides chartered transportation for workdays in Paranaguá, which may range from two to four times a week, depending on the department.

Giulia Bacon Drobnievski began her career at TCP in October 2024 when she joined the Internship Program. An International Business student, she started in the business development department, drafting proposals and following up on the process until the sales were closed. She was recently hired as a business analyst.

“I’ve always had a lot of support from my managers to grow, and it was extremely positive to work with experienced professionals willing to share their knowledge. This had a significant impact on my career. As advice for new talent, I would say: go in without fear and with a thirst for learning. TCP is a unique place that offers great opportunities for development and technical growth,” says Giulia.

Currently, TCP is considered the private company that employs the most people on the coast of Paraná, with a team of approximately 1,700 employees, of which 30 positions are for interns.
