TCP Ombudsman is a communication channel created to provide impartial and independent assistance to users who may have been unsuccessful in seeking a solution to their requests or complaints made through our Service Channels.

Our commitment is for our clients to have their manifestations, criticisms and suggestions equally heard and that support through this channel be as transparent as possible, in accordance with the values that TCP holds.

Upon arrival, your message will be directed to the area responsible for screening, monitoring and investigation of the facts reported.
