Compliance and the Ethics Channel

As part of TCP values, we work so that all of our activities and of our business partners attend to all the legal requirements, a Code of Conduct and any guidelines to apply to our Policies.

Our Compliance program includes an Ethics Channel, anonymous, confidential and secure, managed by an independent, global company specialized in confidential communication channels. So, we count with each collaborator’s responsibility and of all our business partners to work ethically and communicate any violations or potential violations of conduct, through our Ethics Channel.

  • Who can report violations or suspected violations:

Anyone, including employees, service providers, suppliers, customers and any third parties.

  • Ethics Channel Scope:

The channel should be used for reports of unethical conduct and suspicious situations, which indicate a violation of TCP’s external or internal policies, fraud, compliance and / or code of conduct violations, etc.

For situations involving such as, compliments, complaints or suggestions, they should be directed to TCP’s official commercial contacts through the option “Contact Us“.
