The company estimates a 50% reduction in the release time for importing full units in payments via PIX.
The measure became effective on December 1st, 2022. The solution is the result of a joint action of the billing/financial and technology sectors, with support from the customer service and commercial areas. To select the payment method, it is necessary to have an updated registration in the TCP Customer Portal, click on the “financial” tab, and then on “invoices/invoices”. When printing the work order, it is possible to choose between boleto/pix or pix only.
