Recognition highlights TCP as one of the best terminals in the port leasing area

TCP, the company that manages the Paranaguá Container Terminal, won 2nd place in the ANTAQ 2023 Award in the “Regulatory Compliance: Leasing” category, being recognized for the third consecutive year. The category highlights the companies that have shown the best regulatory compliance, according to the new inspection risk profile model, over the last five years.

The 6th edition of the Award, held by the National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ), had the theme “Best ESG Practices and Innovation” and honoured technical-scientific productions and initiatives that disseminate best environmental, social and governance practices, as well as recognizing actions that stood out for their contribution to improving the provision of waterway transport services to society.

TCP’s Institutional Superintendent, Allan Chiang, and TCP’s Institutional Supervisor, Octavio Eliot, were present at the awards ceremony, held last Thursday (23) in Santos (SP). “We are proud and honored to receive the ANTAQ 2023 Award in the Regulatory Compliance category. This recognition reinforces our ongoing commitment to the highest standards of operational excellence and regulatory compliance at our terminal. It is a validation of our efforts to meet not only the needs of our customers, but also regulatory requirements, which contribute to increased efficiency and sustainability in the provision of services,” said Chiang.
